With franking blackout dates fast approaching, the Zata3 team has a full dance card of telephone town halls during the last half of July .  The rush began with majority leader Steny Hoyer's event in Maryland and will continue in Mississippi, New York, New Mexico, and Alabama with Representatives Childers, Weiner, Lujan, and Bright, before the aug 3 blackout.
