Actually, they were on the Zata|3 Capitol Hill offices last night as the Texas Democratic Party hosted a key donor reception.  We tip our cowboy hats to Chairman Boyd Ritchie and Executive Director Ruben Hernandez for their progress toward making the Lone Star State a bit more Blue at the state and local level.
