Zata3 congratulates the Sierra Club and its allies for the packed house at Friday’s MS Public Service Commission hearing on the Kemper County Coal Plant. This David and Goliath  battle may be changing after the disclosure that a family member of one PSC attorney was paid $220K in fees by the power company seeking to build the plant.  We are proud to aid in generating grassroots feedback on this expensive, dirty and unnecessary facility in east Mississippi
