While most of America was fixated on the US Senate special election, Zata|3 was focused on the William Bell Campaign for Mayor of Birmingham.  Mr. Bell overcame the heavy spending by GOP-friendly individuals and organizations and the early pollsters' predictions to finish with more than 53% of the vote.  We salute the Bell Campaign for their targeted GOTV calling programs in this special election.
