Today, election day in the Memphis special election for TN HD 83, marks the second day without water in the Jackson, MS office.   We are told that dozens of  pre WWII cast iron water mains are broken across the city and that  we may see Congress pass health care reform before the water/sewer system in Jackson is back to full speed.
