The team at Zata|3 is proud that former client Justice James Graves (MS Supreme Court) will soon ascend to the federal bench as the newest member of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Graves was elected in a majority white district in central MS, the first African American to win this seat in a contested race.
