Zata|3 is aiding voters in Mississippi and Missouri contact policy makers with a message to keep the big power companies honest.  In Mississippi, the issue is an unnecessary, expensive and dirty coal plant built on the backs of ratepayers. In Missouri, the issue is a back door path to rate hikes for gas companies. We salute the consumer activists in both states.
