After two election cycles with Zata|3, Rob Burkes joins the management team as a principal with the firm.  Rob first interned with Zata|3 as a graduate student before coming aboard full time in the summer of 2008.  Having watched Burkes perform well in every role assigned to him over the last 18 million phone calls, partners Brad Chism and Chad Gosselink agreed that the company would be stronger with Burkes in this new role.
