Last night‘s Zataforum for Congressman Tonko (NY 21) looked doubtful after the House Calendar was changed to schedule votes up to 6 p.m.— too far from Tonko’s office to the floor of the House.  Not to be outdone, the Congressman’s staff and our Zata|3 team set up shop in the Minority Leader’s office so that the he could perform his constitutional duties AND spend an hour on the phone with 6,500 seniors back home.  They barely noticed when he dashed out for quick floor votes!!
