recording instructions
Below are the instructions to record the message:

Call 1.800.921.0464

Enter your Assigned ID Code: “5441” then press “#.”

You will hear: “When you are ready to record, please press one.”

After pressing one, you will hear the following menu:

- “To play the message back, press one.”
- “To re-record, press two.”
- “To continue recording, press three.”
- “To save the recording, press four.”
- “To save the recording and record another press five.”
Please note that recorded calls are priced for thirty seconds or less. Should the recording exceed thirty seconds, the unit prices will be revised accordingly.
Hints on recording:

Call from a HIGH quality phone. (Use an office desk phone, not a speakerphone, cordless, or cell phone.)

Call from a quiet room. Watch for loud ventilation, typing, or talking from other people.

Speak clearly, as if you were talking to someone on the phone.

Speak naturally, do not “Read.”
-
You can erase and re-record if you don’t like the message.
